Curried Chicken And Apple Salad

Ingredients

plain yogurt

chutney
|

curry powder
|

cooked chicken, chopped
|
|
|
| 1-1/2 |
cups |
celery, sliced
|
|
|

medium apple, cut into chunks
|
|
|
| 1/4 |
cup |
green onion, sliced
|
|
|
|
|
lettuce leaves
|
|
|
Directions:
In a large bowl, stir together yogurt, chutney and curry powder. Stir in chicken, celery, apple and green onions. Cover and chill at least 4 hours to blend flavors. Stir salad before serving. Serve on lettuce leaves.
