Marinated Cucumbers

Ingredients

white vinegar

granulated sugar

| 1/4 |
teaspoon |
celery seeds
|
|
|
| 1/8 |
teaspoon |
sea salt
|
|
|
| 1/8 |
teaspoon |
white pepper
|
|
|
| 1 |
|
large cucumber, very thinly sliced
|
|
|
| 1 |
|
small sweet onion, very thinly sliced and separated
|
|
|
Directions:
Combine vinegar, sugar, celery seeds, salt and pepper in a 1- quart container with cover.
Gently stir in cucumber and onion. Cover and chill for 2 hours to 5 days.
