						Ingredients
						
							
								
									
										
									
			 						
										
											
											| 2 | tablespoons | oil |

											| 4 |  | (6 oz. each) trout fillets | 
									
										| 
											 | 
									
									
								
							
								
									
										
									
			 						
										
											
											| 1/2 | cup | seasoned bread crumbs | 
									
										| 
											 | 
									
									
								
							
								
									
										
									
			 						
										
											
											| 1/2 | cup | pine nuts | 
									
										| 
											 | 
									
									
								
							
						
				
						
						
						
					
					
					
					
					
				 
				
				
				
				
				
				
				
					
						Directions:
						Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat.  Lightly coat fish with crumbs.  Add to skillet.  Cook 8 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with fork, turning after 5 minutes.
Remove fish from skillet.  Place on serving platter; keep warm. 
Add nuts to drippings in skillet.  Cook and stir 3 minutes more or until nuts are lightly toasted.  Sprinkle over fish.
