											| 2-4 | lb. | boneless pork rib-end roast |

											| 1-2 | tablespoons | garlic pepper |

											| 1-2 | teaspoons | rosemary, crushed |

						Directions:
						Cut roast with seasoning mixture of garlic pepper and rosemary.  
Roast in a shallow pan at 325 degrees F. for 45 minutes to 1 1/2 hours, until meat thermometer registers 155 degrees F.  Let roast rest 5-10 minutes before carving.
