											| 1 | pound | boneless pork loin chops, 3/4- inch thick |

											| 1 | teaspoon | olive oil |

											| 1/3 | cup | orange juice | 
									
										|

											| 1 1/2 | Tablespoons | Dijon mustard |

						Directions:
						Sprinkle surface of chops with lemon pepper or seasoned salt.
Heat oil in nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.  Brown chops, about 3 minutes per side.  
Combine orange juice, mustard honey and cornstarch;  pour mixture over chops.  
Cover, reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for 8 to 10 minutes.  
Remove chops to serving platter.
